Our Service Leader, Alexandra Pallikaros oversees the operations and day to day management of the kindergarten, as well as providing leadership and support to all kindergarten stakeholders. Our Educational Leader, Laura Pearce guides and supports the teaching teams to plan and deliver their educational programs, striving for pedagogical excellence through collaboration and reflective practice. Working as part of the Office Team alongside Finance Officer, Eva Butcher and Administration Officers, Nicole Davis and Sheridan McCutcheon, who support the teaching staff and Committee of Management in their roles.

Every Kindergarten program is led by a Bachelor trained Early Childhood Teacher and supported by qualified Educators.
